Dinamo Zagreb has so far proven that they are one of the few teams which are in the Champions League just to enjoy playing against top tier clubs – and for the money, of course.
Their balance looks horrible: 0 points, 0 goals scored, 7 conceded, and it’s only been two games. They now face Sevilla two times in one week, and look anything but likely to get points from here.
Dinamo Zagreb vs Sevilla – 18/10/2016
The Croatian minnows have impressed last year, even managing to return with points from Arsenal’s ground, but this year it seems like they won’t produce any fireworks. Their game just isn’t working, and it seems that the first goal they concede only opens the door for more to come.
Thankfully, they have their entire squad available for this game, but this hasn’t helped them in the domestic league last two games – a 0-0 draw against Hajduk and a narrow 1-0 win over Belupo. Their attack just isn’t working this year – and it’s hard to think it will start working against Sevilla.
Meanwhile, the current holders of the Europa League seem in fine form. They are coming after a win against Lyon in the CL and two consecutive wins in La Liga, which bring them closer to the value we all know they have.
6 points out of the games against Hajduk will ensure their qualification since they managed to win a point from Juventus – a feat Lyon probably won’t achieve. There’s not a lot more than can be said about Sevilla since they simply are the better team today.
Dinamo Zagreb vs Sevilla Betting Tips
This is one of the clear away wins we see for today. Sevilla should have no problem putting two or three goals in the Croatian net. If you’re looking for something very safe, bet that Sevilla will score or something along the lines of X2. Although the prediction here is clear: Sevilla to win.
