World Cup 2018 Qualifiers
England vs. Scotland has been the first official international game in history. Although the game ended 0-0 draw, it was the first of 112 games between the two teams.
Unsurprisingly, England leads in total victories, but can we expect a new triumph at home during the weekend, or will the Scottish be able to produce a surprise?

It’s very safe to say that England is not in their finest form. Although they lead the group with 7 points, we have to put that in context: they only won in Slovakia thanks to a 95th-minute goal, and beating Malta 2-0 is hardly a challenge.
Moreover, their manager, Gareth Southgate, made it very clear that he will only lead the team in this game and the next friendly, meaning that the players are expecting a new coach with new ideas about selection and tactics. They’ve scored 3 goals and conceded none so far, but their game suffered the most.
On the other hand, the Scots started the campaign with a 5-1 away win in Malta, followed by a 1-1 home draw against Lithuania and a 0-3 away loss against Slovakia.
Not the best results for Scotland, which initially eyed second place in the group, and is now wondering if they’ll be able to realistically compete for it.
Even so, it’s hard to think they’ll win points away versus England, but we’ve seen that everything is possible in football.
England vs Scotland Betting Tips
From a betting perspective we believe we will see at least a few yellow cards, due to the intense rivalry, and we also think that England will score.
Since we do expect England to win, but the odds are very small, we offer some additional ideas : England and under 2,5 goals or a correct score of 2-0 (@ 5.50 or 9/2 with 32Red).
