Although Leverkusen and Monaco are already qualified, Group E still gives us an interesting clash: Tottenham vs CSKA Moscow.
The two teams haven’t been up to their normal standards of quality in the CL so far, but surely want to play European soccer – even if it is in the Europa League. Tottenham have a slight advantage, but will it prove to be enough?

Actually, the Spurs have a few advantages on their side, not just one. The first one comes from the standings, where they currently sit one point above their opponents: 4 points, 3 goals scored and 5 conceded.
They also play at home, where they are known to be a force in the Premier League, but haven’t shown the same level of performances in Europe.
Also, they’re coming after a fresh 5-0 victory over Swansea and have won the last clash against the Russians with a narrow 1-0 scoreline. Simply put, Tottenham has lots of reasons to be optimistic they can avoid defeat and qualify for the Europa League.
Meanwhile, CSKA Moscow isn’t looking bad either. Undefeated in their last 5 games, the Russians know they need a win in order to leapfrog Tottenham and finish 3rd in this group.
That result must come with a great performance, since the British are great at home, but it’s not like CSKA never produced great performances. The team is in great form and can produce the win in England, especially if they manage to score first.

Tottenham vs CSKA Moscow Betting Tips

From a betting perspective, we back Tottenham to achieve what’s needed here and avoid defeat. 1X won’t give any great odds, but a solo home win is also a great possibility.
We are fairly certain that Tottenham will score at least once, and probably more than once – but a “both teams to score” bet is also worth considering. If we’d had to pick a goalscorer and a correct score, we’d go with Harry Kane and 2-1.
Both Teams To Score – Yes @  1.95 or 20/21
Tottenham Win & Both To Score @  3.15 or 43/20
